What We Do
Every engagement starts with evidence rather than assumptions. What follows is scoped to what the evidence actually shows — not to a fixed methodology sold in advance.
Before anything gets changed, it gets understood. I go to where the work actually happens — the line, the floor, the site — to map the process, quantify the losses and separate the real constraint from its symptoms. This phase is roughly 80% of the work; the fixes that follow are the straightforward part.
How the diagnostic works
Improvement that outlives the quarter is built on documented process. I help you standardise how the work is done, then layer on real-time data, automation and supply chain optimisation — drawing on Lean Six Sigma, TQM, Theory of Constraints, BPM and BPR to make the gains stick.
